What Do the Tracking Statuses Mean?

Here's a plain-English guide to every status you might see when tracking your UrgentGo parcel.

Booking Confirmed

Your booking has been received and a driver is being assigned to collect your parcel.

Collected

Your parcel has been picked up and is on its way to our sorting facility or direct to the recipient.

In Transit

Your parcel is moving between facilities or en route to the delivery city.

Out for Delivery

Your parcel is with a driver and will be delivered to the recipient address today.

Delivered

Your parcel has been successfully delivered. A proof of delivery (POD) is available on request.

Delivery Attempted

We tried to deliver but no one was available. We'll reattempt or contact you to arrange redelivery.
