Whether you need help tracking a parcel, understanding our delivery options, managing your business account, or resolving a billing query — our support team and self-service resources are here to assist you quickly and efficiently.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Every UrgentGo booking comes with a unique tracking number sent via SMS and email. You can track your parcel in real time on our website or via WhatsApp. If your parcel status hasn't updated in over 4 hours, or if you believe there's been a delivery exception, contact our support team immediately.

  • Track your parcel using your waybill number on our tracking page
  • Receive live SMS and email status updates at every delivery milestone
  • Request proof of delivery (POD) for any completed shipment
  • Report a missed delivery or arrange a re-delivery at no extra cost

Business Account Support

Business account holders receive priority support with a dedicated account manager. If you're experiencing issues with your business wallet, invoicing, API integration, or volume pricing, our business support team is available Monday to Friday, 07:00–18:00.

Common Support Topics

Parcel Not DeliveredIf your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours. We'll investigate with the driver and provide a full delivery report including GPS proof of delivery.
Damaged ParcelReport damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the damage and original packaging. Our claims team will assess and process your claim within 5 business days.
Wrong Address DeliveredIf your parcel was delivered to the wrong address, contact us immediately. We'll coordinate with the driver to retrieve and redeliver your parcel as a priority.
Booking CancellationCancel your booking before the driver is dispatched for a full refund. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a partial fee. Contact support as soon as possible.
Payment & RefundsRefunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. For billing disputes, contact our accounts team with your invoice number.
Parcel Size & Weight LimitsStandard courier parcels up to 30kg and 100cm on the longest side. For oversized or heavy freight, our trucking service handles loads of any size. Contact us for a custom quote.
