Bakkie & Van Driver
Larger payload deliveries including freight, multiple parcels, and regional linehaul runs between cities.

Long-Distance Linehaul Driver
Overnight and interstate runs connecting our depot network. Scheduled routes with set departure times.

Essential Requirements
Valid South African driver’s licence
Code B minimum (car). Code A for motorbikes. Code C1/EC for linehaul positions.
Clean driving & criminal record
No major traffic violations or criminal history. Background checks are part of our hiring process.
Customer-focused attitude
You represent UrgentGo on every delivery. Professional, friendly, and reliable service is non-negotiable.
Comfortable with smartphone apps
Our drivers use a mobile app for navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery. Basic tech literacy required.
Preferred Qualifications
Not required but will strengthen your application:
- Previous courier or delivery driving experience
- Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Knowledge of local roads and suburbs
- Defensive driving certification
- Experience with electronic POD systems
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide full paid training for all new drivers. If you have a valid licence, a clean record, and the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything else.
