How to Spot a Fake UrgentGo Booking
Protect yourself from scams and impersonators pretending to be UrgentGo Courier.
UrgentGo only takes bookings through our official portal. If anything below looks familiar, stop, don't pay, and contact us directly on our verified channels.
Warning signs to watch for:
- Someone asks you to pay by cash, e-wallet, or a personal account number instead of through the official portal
- A "driver" or "agent" contacts you first, claiming they can book on your behalf at a discount
- The pickup or booking came from a number or email that is not our official channels
- You are asked to share your bank details, OTP, PIN, or password to "confirm" a booking
- A booking page looks different from our official portal, or the web address is not urgentgocourier.co.za
