What the price covers
- Additional distance: R6 per started km above 5 km, up to an accepted 15 km route.
- Business batches: from R49 per delivery, minimum five deliveries (R245) per accepted run, collected together from one business. Route, time, parcel capacity and service-area limits apply.
- One pickup, one delivery, one sealed parcel up to 5 kg and 35 × 25 × 25 cm; actual safe carrying capacity applies.
- Distances are collection-to-delivery road distances. Longer routes and special handling require a separate quote.
- Waiting, returns or extra stops require an agreed additional charge.
Registration mode
Tax wording will be confirmed to UrgentGo's status before live pricing is enabled. We do not silently add tax or fuel charges in a calculator, and we do not take payment or generate binding rates during registration.

Proposed areas include Wilro Park, Helderkruin and Roodekrans, with surrounding areas considered by enquiry. Exact coverage will be confirmed before launch.
Not every suburb pairing qualifies for the base price. Coverage and pricing are confirmed per route before booking.
